Welcome to the Great RUCC Junk Yard Sale!

The purpose of the great RUCC junk yard sale is to use the magic of ebay to raise enough money for the club to spent a glittering night out in a top Reading nitespot. To this end we are currently selling a range of items. You can track progress by checking our online appeal crapometer (right) and you can also join in the fun my donating any old junk you have lying round the house. Sorry I really mean fine merchandise of exceptional quality. Where links are included below the items are or have been on ebay, you can check their progress.

On the conveyor belt tonight we have:

A duck themed popcorn maker.

This electric duck is adorned with a rather fetching red plastic hat and vommits copious amounts of sugary corn out of its disturbingly distended beak. Nice. Warning: May give nightmares.

A pound coin.

This unique pound coin has an interesting history having been lovingly plucked from the beer stained floor of the Purple Turtle. Sold as seen, and has at least a million uses. Starting price: £1.00 plus post and packing. Someone has already e-mailed to ask for more photographs. We have responded thus

A minature doughnut maker.

Useful for making dimunitive sweet based products around the size of a golf ball. Warning: Possible choking hazard.

A 'Time Shock' game. Fun for all the family. Possibly. We've never played it. Could be used to wile away long winter evenings in caving huts. Note: Does not pass electric current through players.

Baskets within baskets. Can be used as either a very simple puzzle or as a set of non watertight containers for small items such as baby ferrets.

A camera. Non binary/digital. Takes pictures.

CD case. Could be used for storage of very small pancakes/flattened doughnuts (see above).

'DIY Mate' gift set. Unopened. Still not sure what this is but may be a pen & paper. In a box.

Grill thing. Or possibly an electric handbag for thin items - irons while you walk.

A Coathanger. In a presentation box.

Kodak 'Izone' camera. Takes instant small pictures to stick on the forehead of friends and loved ones.

Kettle. Comes in practical white, water not included.

Small key ring thing, we think its a mini torch.

Electric carving knife. Knife not supplied, hence hand held device that goes 'brrr' and is in fact completely useless.

Genuine leather A4 case. Slightly scuffed.

Genuine 'slinky' toy. Slight autumnal tint due to age. Unsuitable for bungalows.

Box 'o' gadgets. Things for the man in your life. Not sure what this is but it has buttons on it.

Aluminium torch set. Batteries included. Useful for looking down very small shafts.
Either and electric whisk or some sort of snap on appendage for the stormtrooper in your life.

Er, plus a load of second hand books and some quiz winnings.
